Description
Upsetting forged rebar couplers provide full-strength connections with enhanced fatigue resistance. Suitable for projects of any size, including high-volume applications such as road and rail bridges.
Each rebar end is cut square and enlarged using a cold forge process. A thread is then formed on the enlarged end using a thread rolling machine. The cross-sectional area of the bar ends is not reduced, ensuring the connection strength matches or exceeds that of the parent bars.

Application:
Upsetting forged rebar couplers provide full-strength mechanical splicing with enhanced fatigue resistance.
Cold-forged bar ends are threaded without reducing cross-sectional area, ensuring the connection strength
matches or exceeds the parent rebar.
